The ocean covers 71% of the earth’s surface, but has received less than 1% of global philanthropy over the last decade. The Ocean Foundation (TOF) was founded to help change this.
As the only community foundation for the ocean, we are dedicated to reversing the trend of destruction of ocean environments around the world.
The Ocean Foundation is rated as a four star charity by Charity Navigator and has received Platinum status by Guidestar for Transparency.
